Apartamento cómodo y agradable , cerca de la playa y a un paso del centro. Urbanización tranquila con buena piscina.El único inconveniente es la entrega de llaves,es un poco molesto y perdida de tiempo.

Lo malo ha sido el clima que no nos ha dejado disfrutar de denia, pero el piso esta muy bien. No hemos podido disfrutar de laterraza con vistas a la playa y la piscina. Creo qie es un apartamento muy agradable y calidad precio genial

La limpieza, al llegar, todo el apartamento super limpio. La ubicación muy cerca tanto de la playa como de supermercados, del centro de Denia. El aire acondicionado fundamental Muy recomendable todo estupendo

Problemas serios con las llaves para abrir la puerta. La persiana del salón estaba desencajada y no bajaba, yo mismo logré arreglarla y así poder dormir, ya que está orientado a levante. Cuando puse el aire acondicionado por primera vez, soltó un montón de escamas de color negro.
