Back in 2002 Alquileres El Conserje was launched. We started with just one property and a simple website with a calendar and 4 photos. Step by step our portfolio of properties grew thanks to the trust of friends and neighbours who saw how our small investment was paying off. Vacation rentals were not very widespread on the internet. Word of mouth, some advertising pages and our website were the only ways to make ourselves known. Later AirBnb and Booking would come along, but at that time one of them didn't exist and the other only managed hotels. At that stage, it was difficult to know what guests wanted as there were no comments on the internet and no statistics on what was liked or disliked. It was all through "trial and error". Now, almost 20 years later, we want to put all the knowledge we have acquired over the years at your disposal. And what can we do for you? In a word, EVERYTHING.
