Beautiful two bedroom bungalow in Urbanizacion El Palmar. On the ground floor has a bedroom with two beds (90), living room, kitchen and bathroom with shower. On the first floor is the master bedroom with double bed (1,50) and a bathroom with shower. The complex has two swimming pools, one for the bathroom, located right in front of the house and another for fun, with slides and a bar. There are also tennis courts (for an additional fee) and a children's playground. It is located 300 meters from the beach and close to restaurants and leisure areas.A bus will take you from the door of the urbanization to the center of Denia in just 10 minutes.

Chalet con parcela muy bonito, la limpieza muy bien, tiene todo lo necesario, colchones buenos, mosquiteras en todas las ventanas, tiene 2 baños con ducha uno en cada planta, ventiladores de techo en las habitaciones, 2 aires acondicionados, mucha intimidad en el jardín rodeado de setos, hemos estado muy cómodos, la urbanización muy tranquila, cuenta con 2 piscinas una justo al lado muy tranquilita y otra de toboganes espectacular de donde mi hijo de 9 años no quería salir, a la hora de la siesta poca gente, un día la pudimos disfrutar para nosotros solos y los socorristas, una pasada, la playa se puede ir andando y está muy bien. La gestión de El Conserje un 10, volveremos a alquilar como cada año. Recomendable 100%

Maison très agréable et bien située. Une très belle terrasse au premier étage dommage qu'il n'y ait aucun mobilier pour pouvoir en profiter.

Nous avons passé un agreable séjour. Maison bien équipée et propre. Bonne situation calme. Piscine et plage a proximité.

Un niveau d'équipement de la maison formidable, un emplacement idéal et des personnes pour nous accueillir irréprochables. Tout était parfait. Merci. A l'année prochaine.
